There are 4 sizes to choose from when ordering a Tom Hope bracelet, they are:
- Extra Small (XS): 15 cm - 16.5 cm / 6.3” - 6.5”
- Small (S): 16.5 cm - 18 cm / 6.5” - 7.1”
- Medium (M): 18 cm - 19.5 cm / 7.1” - 7.7”
- Large: 19.5 cm - 21 cm / 7.7” - 8.3”
The numbers above specify the circumference of your wrist. For example, if your wrist is 17.5 cm, your size is S. If you are in between two sizes, we suggest the larger size. For detailed information on how to size your wrist and use a special Tom Hope ruler, see our sizing document.
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on “add to cart”. Proceed to the checkout page by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page, where you will fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.
Please contact our customer support via the contact page as soon as possible to change or cancel your order before it is shipped.
When you click on “CHECK OUT” in your cart, you will see information about your order in the right column. Enter your code in the “Discount” field and click on “Apply”. If you are shopping on a mobile platform, click on "Show order summary" at the top of the check out page.
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is therefore importanat to make sure that the e-mail you have entered is correct and to check your spam box if you cannot find the e-mail. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail, please contact us before you make another purchase so we can check whether your order is in our system or not.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your bracelet has been shipped.
Delivery will take 3-6 days within Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. Please note that customs and clearance may delay your package in certain countries.
Please contact us if you have not received your package within the time frame stated on the product page and your order confirmation.
If you have bought a Pre-order product, please see shipping info on the product page. Normally we ship all Pre-order products 3-4 weeks from the date of order.
Yes, please contact us vand we will provide you with instructions and the return address. Please note that the item needs to be un-used, and if applicable the packaging should be unopened. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 14 days of delivery.

We currently accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal. Please note that we charge in the currency provided on our website, your bank or payment provider may charge you a currency conversion fee.
All prices shown on our website include a Swedish VAT (Value Added Tax), which is 20% of the total price. Fees and taxes from your own country may be applicable once the order reaches the customs. Please contact the customs office in your country to learn if there are any charges.
